- Shriner’s person submitting RMA can ignore the Account Number line until they know what theirs is- the form will submit without it.Multiple serial numbers can be submitted per form, Honeywell just asks that when Shriners sends in the units, they indicate what they are seeing wrong with each - tape a note to the unit, have a list with serial number and problem, whatever is easiest for them....
- Shriner’s person will get an email back within a few hours, if during normal business hours, with their RMA number and a box label with the address to send the units to - this is not a pre-paid label it just ensures they are sending to the correct address, and it has the RMA in a barcode to speed receiving on our end.
- Upon receipt of the equipment, Honeywell will repair the equipment per the service agreement and ship the equipment back to the location specified by Shriners. Service hours for repair of equipment under the terms of this agreement shall be standard business hours Monday thru Friday, excluding Honeywell recognized holidays and office closings.
